Requirements:

Prior to obtaining our confidential wholesale pricing, we ask that your company meet the following requirements:

• Have an independently owned, pet product – retail storefront in a commercial location
• Provide Burlo Pet Services with a signed copy of your pet trade business or occupational license
• Provide Burlo Pet Services with a signed copy of your pet trade state resale tax exempt certificate
• Submit the completed and signed Dealer Application
